Management
Learn the ins and outs of what makes an organization successful, starting at the top! Management studies the roles of leaders and their organizational impact. Major topics include: employee behavior and motivation, bargaining and negotiation, team development, leadership and innovation, managing diversity, human resource management, strategic change, managing competitive environments, corporate strategy and strategic alliances, and strategy formulation and implementation.
At both the undergraduate and graduate levels, the courses we offer in management are designed to help students learn skills such as leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, sound decision-making, oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, organizing and planning activities, diversity management and cross-cultural skills.
