Attend UC Riverside’s Flagship MBA Program
Enhance your leadership skills, explore your career opportunities, and broaden your skill set with a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside (UCR).
As one of the top MBA programs in California, we are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), a prestigious accreditation held by less than 6% of business schools worldwide. Our curriculum empowers you to develop a wide breadth of business knowledge. In addition to foundational business management courses, you will choose one of seven concentrations to specialize in, providing you with the opportunity to customize your MBA degree according to your individual career aspirations.
UCR reviews MBA applications holistically, and work experience is encouraged, though not mandatory. As a leading MBA program in California, UCR has a GMAT/GRE test-optional policy, though submitting them may improve scholarship opportunities. All MBA applicants must complete a video interview as part of the application process.
Featuring a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) MBA program, UCR’s A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management (AGSM) Southern California campus is home to world-renowned scholar-practitioner faculty and their wealth of experience — which they are eager to share with you.
As a STEM MBA program graduate, you will be in high demand. According to a 2022 report by the National Association of Colleges and Employers, STEM MBA grads have a 97% job placement rate within six months of graduation, higher than the 93% job placement rate for traditional MBA grads. UCR’s MBA program also provides you with a set of technical and soft skills that will set you apart in the marketplace. With our STEM MBA program, international students can apply for 36 months of Optional Practical Training (OPT) to work in the United States in their field of study after graduation.
