The A Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management (AGSM) is a leading school for employment in Inland Southern California. The MBA graduating class of 2018 reached 90% full-time employment within three months of graduation. Full-time MBA graduates are mostly early career professionals with an average age of 26 and two to three years of work experience. In addition to employment, 9.5% of MBA graduates are entrepreneurs starting a new business, and 9.5% will continue to pursue higher education.
